Shore excursions are the backbone of almost all itineraries, with most ships making landfall at least once every day once they reach their destination. The weather plays a huge role in your daily itinerary, although given the sheer array of fantastic landing sites all over there are plenty of options your Captain and Expedition Leader can choose from. Day 1: Ushuaia
Check-in and embarkation
Check-in at the office of Tolkeyen Patagonia Turismo between 10:00 and 17:00 hrs, to embark at 18:00 hrs. After a welcome toast, the ship will sail into the Beagle Channel and the Strait of Magellan.
Day 2: Cape Horn & Wulaia Bay
Landings at the end of the world
Sail through the Murray Channel and Nassau Bay to reach Cape Horn National Park, where a landing will be attempted if weather permits. In the afternoon, disembark at Wulaia Bay, a historic site of the native Yagans canoeists.
Day 3: Pia Glacier & Porter Glacier
Navigating the Glacier Alley
Sail along the northwest arm of the Beagle Channel to enter Pia Fjord and disembark for a viewpoint of Pia Glacier. In the afternoon, take a Zodiac navigation to get up close to the impressive Porter Glacier without disembarking.
Day 4: Águila Glacier & Cóndor Glacier
Glacier trekking and navigation
Navigate the Cockburn Channel to enter Agostini Sound, where you will appreciate the glaciers descending from the Darwin Mountain Range. Disembark for a walk around a lagoon formed by the melting of the Águila Glacier. In the afternoon, approach the Cóndor Glacier via a Zodiac cruise.
Day 5: Magdalena Island & Punta Arenas
Penguins and arrival in Punta Arenas
Disembark at Magdalena Island to see a colony of Magellanic penguins, weather permitting. In September and April, this is replaced by a landing on Marta Island to see sea lions. Arrive in Punta Arenas at 12:30 hrs to explore the city. Boarding for the return trip will be at 18:00 hrs.
Day 6: Ainsworth Bay & Tuckers Islets
Glaciers and penguins on the return leg
Arrive near Marinelli Glacier in Ainsworth Bay to learn how life resurfaces after the ice has melted and hike through a Magellanic forest. Then, visit the Tuckers Islets from the Zodiacs to see Magellanic penguins and cormorants.
Day 7: Pia Glacier & Glacier Alley

Sail along the northwest arm of the Beagle Channel to enter and disembark in Pia Fjord for a viewpoint of Pia Glacier. Afterwards, you will continue sailing through the "Glacier Alley" to enjoy spectacular panoramic views from the ship.

Second chance for a legendary landing
Sail through the Murray Channel and Nassau Bay, arriving again at Cape Horn National Park, where a landing will be attempted if weather permits. In the afternoon, disembark at Wulaia Bay for another unique excursion.

Disembarkation
The ship will sail back into Argentine waters and dock in Ushuaia. You will disembark at 08:30 hrs, ending your journey.
