Day 1: Arrival
Welcome to the Icelandic capital
Arrival in Reykjavík and transfer to the hotel on your own. Free time to explore the city before the expedition begins.

Day 2: The Golden Circle and the South Coast
Geysers, waterfalls and ancient parliaments
Visit to Þingvellir National Park, home to the world's oldest parliament. Continue to the Geysir area and Gullfoss waterfall. The day ends with a tour of the south coast with its black sand beaches.
Accommodation: Hotel Katla.

Day 3: Skaftafell – Jökulsárlón – Höfn
Eternal ice and glacial lagoons
Cross the Eldhraun lava field towards Skaftafell, part of Vatnajökull National Park. Visit the Jökulsárlón glacial lagoon, famous for its floating icebergs.
