Embark on an unforgettable 15-day expedition cruise to the remote eastern coast of Greenland, exploring the Northeast Greenland National Park and the majestic Scoresby Sund fjord system. Scoresby Sund fans out over 24,000 square miles, delivering a serene seascape of mirror-like waters filled with white and blue icebergs beneath looming mountains. Sailing through this untamed territory offers deep High Arctic tranquility, visits to isolated communities like Ittoqqortoormiit, and hands-on participation in onboard Citizen Science projects while searching for iconic wildlife such as musk oxen and polar bears in their natural environment.
Northeast Greenland National Park is a gigantic 375,000-square-mile natural reserve where human presence is nearly non-existent and Arctic wildlife abounds. Daily activities are flexibly dictated by weather and sea ice conditions, allowing the Captain and Expedition Team to maximize shore landings, small boat cruising, nature walks, and kayaking adventures. This voyage represents a rare privilege to experience profound peace and raw natural beauty across one of the quietest and most pristine wildernesses on Earth.
