Day 1: Sitka
Embarkation and wildlife scouting
Welcome to Sitka, considered one of the most picturesque communities in Alaska. Embark on the vessel and sail north of town, searching for bald eagles, sea otters, bears, whales, and other wildlife.

Day 2: Rainforest Hike & Baranof Island's Waterfall Coast
Exploring the Inside Passage wilderness
Spend the day exploring remote wilderness. Hike a rainforest trail with your knowledgeable guide, who will provide commentary on indigenous plants and wildlife. Afterwards, explore Baranof Island’s "Waterfall Coast" and enjoy an opportunity to kayak in a protected bay.

Day 3: Frederick Sound
Scouting for marine mammals
Scout for humpback whales and other marine mammals in Frederick Sound. Your team will also look for opportunities for in-depth exploration in protected waters like Security Bay or The Brothers islands.

Day 4: Kake
Tlingit culture and wilderness exploration
Visit the Alaska Native village of Kake to see its remarkable totem pole and experience the Tlingit culture. Later, take in the sights of Keku Strait and enjoy opportunities for kayaking, expedition vessel adventures, or beachcombing in picturesque locations like Hamilton Bay.

Day 5: Tracy or Endicott Arm
Journey through a glacial wilderness
Journey through Tracy or Endicott Arm in the Tracy Arm-Fords Terror Wilderness. This place, called "a wild, unfinished Yosemite" by John Muir, is known for its glaciers, pristine waterfalls, towering icebergs, and abundant harbor seals.

Day 6: Wilderness Exploration
An unscripted day of discovery
Enjoy a day of unscripted exploration. Your captain and crew will be on the lookout for wildlife, including famous humpback whales and bears along the coast. There may also be opportunities for expedition vessel adventures and kayaking.

Day 7: Glacier Bay National Park
A remarkable national park fjord
Spend the day in Glacier Bay National Park. This 65-mile fjord contains tidewater glaciers and provides a pristine habitat for wildlife like brown and black bears, wolves, mountain goats, and Steller sea lions. The highlight is the Margerie or John Hopkins Glacier, known for dramatic calving displays.

Day 8: Juneau
Disembarkation
Disembark in Juneau, the capital city of Alaska. Transportation to your hotel or the airport is complimentary.
