Voyage to the Antarctic Peninsula, starting at Punta Arenas, Chile, flying over the Drake Passage to the South Shetland Islands, cruising Antarctica and sailing back to Ushuaia, Argentina.

Day 1, Punta Arenas: Arrive in Punta Arenas and transfer to your downtown hotel. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure to explore this vibrant, historic seaport on the Strait of Magellan.

Day 2, King George Island: Enjoy scenic flight to King George Island, Antarctica, and transfer by Zodiac to your expedition ship.

Days 3-4 Antarctic Sound: Sail in Antarctic Sound, entrance to the mesmerising, ice-filled Weddell Sea. Possible landings at penguin-rich Gourdin Island and Brown Bluff.

Days 5-7 Weddell Sea: Push into the Weddell Sea, aiming for Seymour and James Ross islands' fossil fields, and Paulet Island.

Day 8-11, Antarctic Peninsula: Explore the Antarctic Peninsula's west coast and enjoy excursions to Astrolabe or Enterprise Islands, Port Lockroy, and Paradise Harbour.

Day 12, Drake Passage: Cross Drake Passage, surrounded by soaring albatross and flitting petrels. Celebrate your extraordinary voyage while entering Beagle Channel.

Day 13, Ushuaia: After breakfast, disembark in Ushuaia for homeward flights.
