Day 1: Port Stanley, Falkland Islands
Departure and first sightings
Depart in the afternoon toward South Georgia, crossing the Scotia Sea. Watch for wandering albatross gliding near the ship and dolphins riding the wake.

Days 2–3: Crossing the Scotia Sea
Photography and learning at sea
Spend time on deck with your camera and join talks and workshops on photography, wildlife, history, and geology. By day 3, South Georgia’s snow-capped peaks appear on the horizon.

Days 4–7: Coastlines and penguin colonies
Wildlife and golden light
Daily Zodiac landings bring you close to South Georgia’s wildlife, including vast king penguin colonies at St Andrew's Bay, Salisbury Plain, and Gold Harbour—timed for the best light.

Days 8–12: Remote sights
Hidden corners and history
Zodiac cruise to photograph nesting albatross at Prion Island. At Cooper Bay, spot macaroni penguins in tussock grass, then visit Grytviken and Shackleton’s grave, framed by Drygalski Fjord’s glaciers.

Days 13–15: Return and reflect
Final days at sea
Sail back to the Falklands with onboard lectures and wildlife watching. Arrive in Port Stanley, disembark after breakfast, and conclude the journey.
