Day 1: Cape Town
Between mountains and the ocean
Cape Town is a vibrant, multicultural city. Options include visiting Table Mountain, Robben Island, or Boulders Beach, home to African penguins, before starting the expedition.

Day 2-5: Day at sea
Navigation and life on board
Days at sea are ideal for scanning the horizon for albatrosses tracking the ship's wake or whales in the distance. The expedition team begins their lectures on what lies ahead.

Day 6: Tristan Da Cunha
The remote South Atlantic outpost
Seabirds outnumber humans on this remote British outpost. Millions of species, including the endangered Tristan albatross, inhabit the bluffs, while northern rockhopper penguins breed on the beaches.

Day 7-10: Day at sea
Relaxation and learning
Spend your day at sea enjoying the facilities available onboard, such as the sauna or state-of-the-art gym. Listen to an informative talk or chat with one of our knowledgeable experts.

Day 11-12: South Georgia
The Galapagos of the Poles
Explore landing sites with tens of thousands of King penguins and elephant seals. A visit to Grytviken is included, the historic whaling station where Ernest Shackleton is laid to rest.

Day 13-14: Day at sea
Into the Scotia Sea
Guests are welcome to visit the bridge to see how the ship is navigated through ice. Expedition team members run deeper dives into the wildlife, history, and science of the region.

Day 15-18: Antarctic Peninsula
Living the Antarctica dream
Navigate through captivating glaciers and majestic icebergs. Expedition activities might include Mikkelsen Harbour and the Lemaire Channel, observing gentoo penguins and Weddell seals.

Day 19-20: Day at sea
Crossing the Drake Passage
Take time to share experiences of this incredible trip with other passengers and perfect your photography skills with advice from our onboard professionals.

Day 21: Ushuaia
The End of the World City
Arrive in Ushuaia, nestled in the foothills of the Martial Range by the Beagle Channel. Disembark in one of the world's southernmost cities to finalize your journey.
