Embark on a 15-day polar expedition designed as a one-way sail-and-fly voyage without backtracking. The journey begins in Buenos Aires with an early-morning charter flight to Ushuaia on November 25th to board the vessel and set sail across the Southern Ocean. While navigating open waters, passengers attend educational lectures on polar history and marine ecosystems before arriving in South Georgia, a renowned sub-Antarctic wildlife haven situated roughly 1,300 km southeast of the Falkland / Malvinas Islands, famous for its colonies of hundreds of thousands of king penguins, elephant seals, and historic whaling relics at Grytviken.

Heading further south, the ship enters the Weddell Sea and explores the western Antarctic Peninsula alongside the South Shetland Islands. Guests take part in daily Zodiac cruises and shore landings among giant tabular icebergs, Adélie, gentoo, and chinstrap penguin rookeries, resting seals, and surfacing whales through scenic channels such as the Lemaire Channel. The expedition concludes on December 8th at King George Island with a flight across the Drake Passage directly to Punta Arenas, avoiding two days of rough open-sea navigation and finishing with a hotel overnight stay.
