DAY 1 | USHUAIA, ARGENTINA
Get a feel for local life in Ushuaia by traversing the path Avenida San Martin. For a greater challenge, take the trail that leads from downtown to Martial Glacier to marvel at the views of Ushuaia and the Beagle Channel.

DAY 2 – 3 | DRAKE PASSAGE NAVIGATION
Make your way through Neptune’s Bellows, only navigable by smaller ships like World Navigator, for a spectacular view of black volcanic sands and snow. Explore the remains of an old whaling station at Deception Island, which is also the site of an active caldera.

DAY 4 | SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS, ANTARCTICA
Hike along Brown Bluff, the exposed portion of a glacial volcano, and navigate between the icebergs at Paulet Island. Discover the serenity and beauty of the South Shetland Islands.

DAY 5 | ANTARCTIC PENINSULA, CAPTAIN’S CHOICE
Captain’s Choice ports of call add to the sense of adventure and an element of surprise. World Navigator’s master will sail around changing weather conditions as needed and take you to the best areas for wildlife viewing. Captain’s Choice ports include Deception Island, Paulet Island, Neko Harbor, Paradise Bay, Cuverville Island, and Goudier Island.

DAY 6 I NAVIGATING THE SCOTIA SEA
Legendary Antarctic explorer Ernest Shackleton sailed this sea, and more than 100 years later, so will you.

DAY 8 I GOLD HARBOUR, SOUTH GEORGIA AND SANDWICH ISLANDS
Walk the rugged coastline of Gold Harbour, where the gray beach is teeming with the black jackets and white bellies of king and gentoo penguins as well as languorous elephant seals. See how Gold Harbour earned its name. Spoiler: It’s because of the brilliant morning and sunset colors.

DAY 9-10 I SOUTH GEORGIA AND SANDWICH ISLANDS
Have your binoculars handy as you spy nesting albatross, hunting seals, and whale flukes. Visit the final resting place of explorer Ernest Shackleton on South Georgia Island. And, yes, the most remote place on Earth has a gift shop, inside South Georgia Museum.

DAY 11 I NAVIGATING THE SCOTIA SEA
Make sure you’re on deck for spectacular views of sea birds coasting above the sapphire sea.

DAY 12 | DRAKE PASSAGE NAVIGATION
Very few adventurers have boldly traversed Drake Passage. You earn the distinction of experiencing it twice.

DAY 13 | USHUAIA, ARGENTINA
Add to your experience in Ushuaia with a visit to Tierra del Fuego National Park. Traverse the expansive 150,000-acre park with stunning lakes, rivers and vegetation unlike anywhere in the world.
