Included
Optional

We set sail from the edge of the world and venture deep into the icy realm of the South Shetland Islands and the Antarctic Peninsula, spending 7 immersive days exploring Antarctica. Glaciers descend from high plateaus into the sea, vast icebergs drift through quiet bays, and whales surface in frigid waters. With extended time in these southern latitudes, we may, weather and ice permitting, attempt to cross the Antarctic Circle and reach more remote waters. This push southward marks a geographic milestone reached by relatively few travelers.

Through daily Zodiac cruising, guided shore landings, and optional kayaking, you will step onto the continent itself and experience Antarctica from multiple perspectives. This is not a distant encounter, but a fully immersive expedition into the White Continent. During the crossing of the legendary Drake Passage, onboard experts will provide presentations on history, geology, and wildlife, enriching your understanding of this pristine ecosystem before setting foot on the Seventh Continent and hiking across rugged, snow-covered shorelines.

Highlights:
Opportunity to cross the Antarctic Circle and venture into remote southern latitudes.
Seven full days of immersive exploration within the Antarctic region.
Witness thriving colonies of penguins, whales, and seals in pristine polar waters.
Zodiac cruising among massive icebergs and along towering glacier fronts.
Possibility to set foot on the Antarctic continent and hike across snow-covered terrain.

NOTE: Embracing the unexpected is part of the legacy—and excitement—of expedition travel. When traveling in extremely remote regions, your expedition staff must allow the sea, the ice and the weather to guide route and itinerary details. This itinerary is a tentative outline of what you’ll experience on this voyage; please be aware that no specific itinerary can be guaranteed.
