2. Your friend/s books a trip: If your referral purchases before March 31, 2025, you both win!
3. Claim your reward: You?ll get a USD 400 discount on your next trip, and your friend will enjoy a special surprise (USD 200 per person discount at the time of booking).

• Usage period: You can redeem your discount for bookings made until December 2025 (the trip date may be later).

• A USD 200 per person discount when confirming a booking before March 31, 2025.

Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program

General

1. The program is valid until March 31, 2025.
2. The discount applies only if the referred friend completes the purchase of a polar expedition cruise or travel package with The Polar Travel Company, with a minimum amount of USD4000.-
3. Discounts apply only to expedition cruise bookings and/or complete travel packages. They do not apply to additional services such as travel insurance, internal transportation, or optional add-ons.
4. The referrer's voucher can be transferred to a third party with prior written notice to our agency.
• If the voucher is transferred to the referred friend, only the referrer's voucher (USD 400) will be applied. The referred friend's voucher (USD 200) will become invalid and cannot be used.
• Voucher transfer is subject to approval and compliance with the agency's terms and conditions.
5. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions or agreements.

For the Referrer:

1. A discount can be earned for each completed purchase, regardless of the number of referrals included in the booking.
   • For example, if two or more referrals travel together under the same purchase (same trip), it will be considered as a single completed purchase.
   • A maximum of one (1) voucher can be applied per trip and only once.
2. The voucher applies to new bookings only. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
3. Vouchers are valid until December 31, 2025 (the trip date may be later) and must be used in a single transaction.

For the Referred Friend:

1. The referred friend must provide the referrer's name, email address (and referral code, if applicable) at the time of booking.
2. The discount applies to new bookings only. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
3. The benefit (discount) is valid for one booking and can only be used once.

Additional Limitations:

1. The program is open only to clients aged 18 and older.
2. Both the referrer and the referred friend must provide valid and accurate information to participate.
3. The company reserves the right to modify the program terms at any time with prior notice on its website.
4. In case of abuse or misuse of the program, the agency reserves the right to cancel discounts and benefits.
5. The program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
