This Signature expedition immerses you in the heart of the Norwegian fjords during the best time of year (late October to mid-January) for spectacular wildlife encounters. The main goal is responsible observation and snorkeling with orcas and humpback whales. Accompanied by two expert animal behavior guides, passengers can slide into the frigid waters for a glimpse into the underwater world of these giants, using Waterproof� drysuits specifically designed for this activity.

Beyond the water, the experience is complemented by the Northern Lights phenomenon, which often illuminates the night sky over the fjords. During the dark hours, the ship becomes a warm sanctuary where educational lectures on marine conservation and research are offered. Whether from the ship's deck, in a Zodiac boat at close range, or submerged in the ocean, this journey offers a deep and powerful connection with Arctic nature in its purest state.

Day 1: Arrival & boarding - Troms�
Start of the Arctic adventure
Boarding takes place late in the afternoon in Troms�. Arriving a day early is recommended. The ship departs during dinner time as we prepare for the search days at sea.

Day 2 - 6: In search of Whales and Orcas
Five days of exploration and snorkeling
Five full days dedicated to searching for orca pods and whales in the protected fjords. When conditions are right, Zodiacs will bring us to a safe distance to enter the water or photograph from the surface. Dark hours are used for educational talks on board and Northern Lights watching under clear skies.

Day 7: Disembarkation - Troms�
End of the expedition
The ship returns to Troms� the night before. Final disembarkation is after breakfast, taking with you unforgettable images and memories of Arctic marine life.
