Beginning in the vibrant Irish capital of Dublin, this thrilling voyage visits some of the hardest-to-reach corners of Scotland, including the dual UNESCO World Heritage Site of St Kilda. From the storied stones of the Giant’s Causeway to the glens and distilleries of Mull and the enigmatic Loch Ness, experience Scotland and Ireland upon the sea, like the Gaels of old.

The itinerary blends natural wonders with priceless archaeological landmarks. You will explore the Neolithic Heart of Orkney, where sites such as Skara Brae and the Ring of Brodgar have witnessed 5,000 years of history. The adventure continues through mystical Loch Ness and the granite landscapes of Aberdeen, offering a unique perspective on Viking and Scottish heritage. Day 1: All Aboard in Dublin!
The beating heart of Ireland
The expedition starts in Dublin, a city boasting sites like Trinity College and St Patrick’s Cathedral. In the afternoon, settle into your cabin and toast your departure into the Irish Sea as we set a course for Antrim.

Day 2: Portrush, Antrim Coast
Spectacular geology and bird colonies
Arrive in Portrush on the breathtaking Antrim Coast. Discover landmarks like the Giant’s Causeway and Dunluce Castle. In the afternoon, we will visit nearby Rathlin Island, home to some of Ireland’s largest seabird colonies.

Day 3: Tobermory, Isle of Mull
Distilleries and golden eagles
Visit Tobermory, the picturesque capital of Mull, known for its colorful harborfront. Explore local art galleries, enjoy cozy pubs, or spot golden eagles in the crags above town before venturing into the island's rugged interior.

Day 4: St Kilda
Britain’s remotest archipelago
We drop anchor in the bay overlooking a unique stone village abandoned in 1930. This dual UNESCO site is famed for its rugged terrain, ancient Soay sheep, and the vast seabird colonies that now call this island home.

Day 5: Kirkwall, Orkney
Five thousand years of history
Explore Kirkwall’s narrow streets and its deep Scottish and Norse heritage. Highlights include the Neolithic Heart of Orkney UNESCO site, featuring Skara Brae and the Ring of Brodgar, among the best-preserved sites on Earth.

Day 6: Invergordon
Mythical lands and Loch Ness
Arrival at Invergordon in the calm Firth of Cromarty. The area is synonymous with the nearby Loch Ness and its legendary monster. Bring your binoculars for a day of exploring these mythical and storied lands.

Day 7: Aberdeen, Scotland – Disembarkation
The Granite City
The ship arrives in the heart of the Granite City. After a fond farewell to the Officers and Crew, step onto the granite stones of Aberdeen to head home or use it as a jumping-off point for the Highlands.
