The arrival of autumn in Svalbard transforms the archipelago into a setting of unparalleled serenity and light. The tundra is painted in ochre and reddish tones, while the sun sinks lower on the horizon, creating a soft, golden atmosphere ideal for photography enthusiasts. It is a period of transition where the archipelago prepares for the long polar night, offering magnificent sunsets that replace the midnight sun. Aboard the classic M/S Stockholm, this intimate expedition allows you to delve into fairy-tale landscapes, cruising among shimmering glaciers and deep fjords with a flexibility that only a small ship can provide.

During the 12-day voyage, explorers will have the opportunity to observe walrus colonies, curious Arctic foxes, and the majestic polar bear in its natural habitat. The journey ranges from the scientific and historical sites of the northwest, such as Ny-Ålesund and Danskøya, to the remote landscapes of the east in Nordaustlandet, where the giant Bråsvellbreen glacier stretches across the horizon. With daily Zodiac landings and hikes across the vast tundra, this experience guarantees a deep and personal connection with one of the world's most fascinating white wildernesses.
