This epic expedition begins in Kugluktuk, the "place of moving waters," venturing into the heart of the Northwest Passage. Through the Kitikmeot Region, travelers immerse themselves in a landscape where European exploration tales intertwine with ancient Inuit wisdom. The navigation passes critical geographic points like Bellot Strait, the northernmost tip of the American mainland, and Beechey Island, a solemn reminder of Franklin’s tragic 1845 expedition.

As the Ocean Victory pushes eastward, the focus shifts to the stunning biodiversity of the Tallurutiup Imanga Marine Sanctuary and the remote community of Ausuittuq (Grise Fiord), Canada’s northernmost settlement. Crossing Smith Sound marks the transition to Greenland, revealing a world of colossal glaciers and the UNESCO-listed Ilulissat Icefjord. Accompanied by a team of experts and Inuit cultural educators, this journey is not just a geographic route, but a deep immersion into the knowledge and resilience of those who call the Arctic home.

Highlights:
Transit through Bellot Strait (Ikirahaq), the northernmost channel of the American continent.
Visit to the Beechey Island National Historic Site and Franklin expedition memorials.
Deep cultural immersion in Ausuittuq, Canada's northernmost community.
Sightings of iconic wildlife: polar bears, narwhals, muskoxen, and bowhead whales.
Exploration of Ilulissat and its Icefjord (UNESCO World Heritage Site).
Sailing through the immense Kangerlussuaq Fjord on Greenland’s west coast.
