This 11-day expedition invites you to explore the remote northeast coast of Greenland, home to the world's largest fjord system, during the Midnight Sun phenomenon. Travelers will cruise through rugged and pristine landscapes, where jagged peaks meet colossal icebergs. The journey offers a deep immersion into Arctic nature, with opportunities to visit ancient Thule sites and the community of Ittoqqortoormiit, allowing for authentic contact with local culture and the region's history.

Throughout the voyage, Zodiac cruises and tundra hikes will be conducted to spot iconic wildlife such as polar bears, muskoxen, and seals. Day 1: Arrive in Reykjavik, Iceland

Arrive in Reykjavik and make your way to your included hotel. You will have the rest of the day to explore this fascinating city, known for its Norse history and stunning architecture.

Day 2: Embark
Beginning of the expedition
This afternoon, you’ll board your vessel and begin your expedition. Get ready for a great adventure ahead.

Day 3: Sailing Northbound to Greenland
Crossing the Denmark Strait
As we cruise north with views of Greenland in the distance, your Expedition Team will prepare you with presentations on Arctic history, wildlife, and geology. Watch for whales and seabirds from the deck.

Day 4 to 8: Exploring Northeast Greenland
Fjords, glaciers, and Inuit culture
Experience geological wonders in Segelsellskäbets Fjord and cruise past Selströms Glacier. Visit the community of Ittoqqortoormiit to learn about Inuit life and search for muskoxen in the National Park. Enjoy landings at sites like Ella Ø and Botanikerbugt.

Day 9 & 10: Sailing southbound across the Denmark Strait
Sea days and reflection
As your Arctic adventure winds down, enjoy expert presentations, share photos, or relax on the outer decks watching for wildlife. The Expedition Team will be on hand to answer questions and point out sightings.

Day 11: Disembark at Reykjavik, Iceland
End of the journey
Disembark in the Icelandic capital. A transfer to a central downtown location is provided for guests with post-expedition accommodation.
