Embark on an 11-day expedition voyage sailing beyond familiar overland routes to explore the ever-changing landscapes of Iceland and the Faroe Islands. Setting sail from Reykjavík, the journey showcases the diverse terrain of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, the ice-carved Westfjords, and the small island of Grímsey, where guests cross the fabled Arctic Circle on foot. Cruising along the Icelandic coastline, the expedition stops at Skjálfandi Bay in Húsavík—celebrated as one of the world's premier marine research and whale-watching regions—and the quiet, majestic fjords of eastern Iceland.

Crossing the North Atlantic, the voyage delves into the Faroe Islands, a dramatic archipelago sculpted from ancient dark layers of basalt, featuring vertical sea cliffs home to nesting puffins, guillemots, and fulmars. After discovering the Viking heritage and turf-roofed timber buildings of Tórshavn, the ship returns west toward Heimaey in the Vestmannaeyjar archipelago, revealing how islanders preserved their harbour during the 1973 Eldfell volcanic eruption. Led by an expert expedition team, each day combines Zodiac safaris, guided shore walks, and engaging lectures.
