This 13-day expedition invites travelers to immerse themselves in the soul of the Arctic, journeying from Greenland�s vibrant capital to the remote settlements of Nunavut and Nunavik in Canada. The voyage begins in Nuuk, where urban modernity blends with Inuit tradition at the mouth of a vast fjord system. Crossing the Davis Strait, the ship becomes a floating classroom where Inuit cultural educators share their knowledge of language, traditional games, and Northern life, while humpback whales and seabirds accompany the transit.

As the itinerary progresses toward the Canadian Arctic, the focus shifts to the extraordinary creativity of its people. You will visit Kinngait (Cape Dorset), the heart of Inuit printmaking and carving, and Kimmirut, famous for its marble cliffs and fine jewelry. The adventure continues through the Ungava Peninsula and Akpatok Island, where towering limestone cliffs house thousands of seabirds and offer opportunities to spot polar bears and walruses. Day 1: Nuuk, Greenland
Where Fjord and City Meet
Arrival in Greenland�s colourful capital. Visit the National Museum to see the Qilakitsoq mummies and stroll through the old harbour where history and modern life blend.

Day 2: Capital Region
Through Fjords of Light
Sailing into the immense Nuup Kangerlua. Among mist-veiled mountains and drifting ice, we watch for seals and birds while the team explains the local geology.

Day 3: At Sea � Davis Strait
Learn From Inuit in Their Homeland
Crossing day toward Canada. Join Inuit games workshops and talks on climate and language as whales surface on the horizon.

Day 4: Kimmirut, NU, Canada
Art and Stone
Landing at "the heel," where marble cliffs meet the sea. Hike the blooming tundra and meet local ivory and stone artists.

Day 5: Kinngait (Cape Dorset)
The Heart of Arctic Art
Visit the famous West Baffin Eskimo Co-operative. Meet the artists who have turned printmaking and carving into a universal language.

Day 6�7: Ungava Peninsula, Nunavik, QC
Hike the Tundra
Exploration of the vast treeless tundra guided by Inuit. We will learn about hardy plants and trace the coast by Zodiac in search of wildlife.

Day 8: Salluit
Warmth and Welcome
Encounter the local community. We will share music, traditional food, and see the fine craftwork in mittens and jewelry of this welcoming town.

Day 9: Ungava Bay
Cliffs Alive with Birds
Zodiac cruising by Akpatok Island. Its limestone walls are crowded with murres, and it is a prime spot to search for polar bears and walruses.

Day 10�11: Southeast Baffin
Ice and Stone
Sailing the wild coast of Baffin Island, where glaciers sculpt the rock. Onboard geologists will interpret the history written in the mountain folds.

Day 12: Frobisher Bay
Passage Through Time
Slow navigation among icebergs and dark headlands. A day dedicated to quiet observation of seals, birds, and, with luck, a distant polar bear.

Day 13: Iqaluit, NU, Canada
Farewell to the North
Arrival in the capital of Nunavut. Final Zodiac landing before taking the charter flight to Ottawa, carrying the learning of the land and its people.
