Embark on an extraordinary 19-day polar expedition across three of the Southern Ocean's most celebrated regions: the Falkland / Malvinas Islands, South Georgia, and the Antarctic Peninsula alongside the South Shetland Islands. Departing from Ushuaia through the Beagle Channel, the voyage first visits the rugged coastlines and bird rookeries of the Falkland / Malvinas Islands, combining wildlife watching of black-browed albatrosses and rockhopper penguins at West Point Island with visits to historic Stanley. The journey then sails southeast into the sub-Antarctic seas toward South Georgia.

In South Georgia, guests go ashore along sweeping glacial beaches such as St. Andrews Bay and Salisbury Plain, home to hundreds of thousands of breeding king penguins and giant southern elephant seals, alongside a visit to Grytviken and the grave of Sir Ernest Shackleton. Pushing into polar waters, the expedition reaches the Antarctic Peninsula and South Shetland Islands for Zodiac cruising and landings among glaciers, Adélie and gentoo rookeries, and the peaks of the Lemaire Channel before returning across the Drake Passage.

Highlights:
Grand voyage spanning three iconic regions: the Falkland / Malvinas Islands, South Georgia, and Antarctica.
Observing massive king penguin colonies numbering hundreds of thousands at Salisbury Plain and St. Andrews Bay.
Following the footsteps of legendary explorer Ernest Shackleton at Grytviken and historic Elephant Island.
Escorted Zodiac excursions and landings through ice-choked fjords and channels such as the Lemaire Channel.
Close encounters with abundant wildlife including southern elephant seals, whales, and diverse penguin species.
