This expedition is a deep immersion journey into two of the most remote and biologically rich archipelagos on the planet. Starting in Punta Arenas and sailing through the mythical Strait of Magellan, the voyage first heads to the Falkland Islands (Malvinas). There, the white sand beaches of Saunders Island and the cliffs of West Point provide an unmatched setting for observing penguins and albatrosses, while Port Stanley offers a cultural contrast with its British atmosphere and maritime history.

The heart of the journey is South Georgia, an island of rugged mountains and glaciers that feels frozen in time. Here, visitors witness one of nature's greatest spectacles: colonies of hundreds of thousands of king penguins covering entire valleys at St. Andrews Bay and Salisbury Plain. In addition to the wildlife, the island tells the story of polar exploration in Grytviken, where the remains of Sir Ernest Shackleton rest. Between Zodiac cruises through deep fjords and tundra hikes, this expedition offers a unique connection with the history and wildlife of the Southern Ocean.

Highlights:
Visit to massive king penguin colonies at Salisbury Plain and St. Andrews Bay.
Exploration of Grytviken, a former whaling station, and a tribute to Shackleton at his grave.
Observation of black-browed albatrosses and rockhopper penguins in the Falklands (Malvinas).
Sailing through the spectacular Drygalski Fjord among glaciers and rugged peaks.
Sightings of elephant seals and fur seals at Gold Harbour.
Exclusive access to Explorers House in Punta Arenas before and after the cruise.
