This extraordinary 43-day combined expedition is a true transatlantic voyage connecting some of the most isolated, wild, and remote corners of the planet. Setting sail from Ushuaia, the journey first ventures into the majestic Antarctic Peninsula, where ancient glaciers and sculpted icebergs form the habitat for vast penguin colonies and marine mammals. Heading northeast, the expedition explores South Georgia, home to millions of king penguins and historic polar exploration sites, before pushing into the deep waters of the South Atlantic Ocean.
Following the migratory routes of pelagic seabirds, the vessel visits extremely remote archipelagos such as Gough Island and Tristan da Cunha, as well as historic Saint Helena Island. After crossing the Mid-Atlantic Ridge and the Equator while stargazing under both equatorial and polar constellations, the itinerary sails into tropical waters past Fogo Island and Ilhéus do Rombo. Concluding in the historic city of Praia in Cape Verde, this ultimate ocean expedition offers an unprecedented experience of polar and maritime exploration.
