By flying over the unpredictable Drake Passage in both directions, passengers reach the white continent in just two hours, where their expedition vessel awaits to begin an immediate exploration of the most spectacular landscapes on the planet. Throughout the journey, you will enjoy extended hours of daylight that allow for long days of discovery among monumental glaciers and spectacularly shaped icebergs in various shades of blue.

Wildlife is the centerpiece of this voyage, offering close encounters with fledging penguin chicks and seals hauled out on ice floes away from predators. Through Zodiac cruises in secluded bays and hikes along pebbly beaches, expeditioners immerse themselves in a vibrant and pristine ecosystem. Day 1: Arrive Punta Arenas
Gateway to Antarctica
Arrival in Punta Arenas, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. This historic city on the Straits of Magellan offers a fascinating blend of cultural backgrounds. In the evening, attend a mandatory briefing to coordinate tomorrow's flight and outline Antarctic visitor regulations.

Day 2: Embarkation
Flying to the white continent
Transfer to the airport for your charter flight to King George Island, taking approximately one hour and forty-five minutes. Upon arrival, the expedition team will greet you and prepare your Zodiac transfer to the vessel. Once on board, settle into your cabin before important safety briefings.

Days 3-6: Antarctic Peninsula
Immersive ice exploration
Days dedicated to exploring the western side of the peninsula and the South Shetland Islands. We will conduct landings and Zodiac cruises twice daily to visit penguin rookeries, historic huts, and witness thundering glaciers. Take advantage of nearly 24 hours of daylight to spot whales and seals in this pristine environment.

Day 7: Fly King George Island to Punta Arenas
Farewell to Antarctica
Return to Frei Base on King George Island to board the return flight to Punta Arenas. Upon arrival, transfer to the group hotel for your final night. It is a time for reflection on shared experiences and the vastness of what we have witnessed.

Day 8: Depart Punta Arenas
End of the expedition
After included breakfast, bid farewell to fellow travelers and transfer to the airport for your onward journey. The adventure concludes with lifelong memories of the high-Arctic paradise.
