By flying over the unpredictable Drake Passage in both directions, passengers reach the white continent in just two hours, where their expedition vessel awaits to begin an immediate exploration of the most spectacular landscapes on the planet. Throughout the journey, you will enjoy extended hours of daylight that allow for long days of discovery among monumental glaciers and spectacularly shaped icebergs in various shades of blue.
Wildlife is the centerpiece of this voyage, offering close encounters with fledging penguin chicks and seals hauled out on ice floes away from predators. Through Zodiac cruises in secluded bays and hikes along pebbly beaches, expeditioners immerse themselves in a vibrant and pristine ecosystem. Note: A $15 USD per person per day gratuity for the crew is automatically added to your onboard account. It is at your discretion if you would like to remove the tip (or adjust the amount) when you settle your bill. It is not necessary to tip the expedition team members. This gratuity amount is included for suites as part of their ‘Suite Benefits’.
